Tom loves South Beach. Celeste bought him the best 70th birthday present possible. Only three nights at The Winter Haven but well worth all the flying.

We had a fantastic dinner at Villa Casa Casturian, Gianni Versace’s Mansion on Ocean Dr. He was shot dead on the front steps while unlocking the entry gate. Now a privately owned hotel, $3,500+ per night. Fortunately they let picture framers in for dinner. What a dinner it was! A memorable dinner for sure in beautiful grounds.

Breakfasts are always at News Cafe. Best people watching spot on Ocean Dr. They also have Nobilio Sauvignon Blanc. Marlborough New Zealand Sav blanc is hard to find. Oh!, wine is not for breakfast, only champagne in mimosas.
